以色列人出去与非利士人打仗，安营在以便以谢；非利士人安营在亚弗。
Y Samuel habló a todo Israel.Por aquel tiempo salió Israel a encontrar en batalla a los filisteos, y acampó junto a Eben-ezer, y los filisteos acamparon en Afec.
And the word of Samuel came to all Israel. Now Israel went out against the Philistines to battle, and pitched beside Ebenezer: and the Philistines pitched in Aphek. {came: or, came to pass: Heb. was}

非利士人向以色列人摆阵。两军交战的时候，以色列人败在非利士人面前；非利士人在战场上杀了他们的军兵约有四千人。
Y los filisteos presentaron la batalla a Israel; y trabándose el combate, Israel fue vencido delante de los filisteos, los cuales hirieron en la batalla en el campo como a cuatro mil hombres.
And the Philistines put themselves in array against Israel: and when they joined battle, Israel was smitten before the Philistines: and they slew of the army in the field about four thousand men. {they joined...: Heb. the battle was spread} {army: Heb. array}

百姓回到营里，以色列的长老说：耶和华今日为何使我们败在非利士人面前呢？我们不如将耶和华的约柜从示罗抬到我们这里来，好在我们中间救我们脱离敌人的手。
Cuando volvió el pueblo al campamento, los ancianos de Israel dijeron: ¿Por qué nos ha herido hoy Jehová delante de los filisteos? Traigamos a nosotros de Silo el arca del pacto de Jehová, para que viniendo entre nosotros nos salve de la mano de nuestros enemigos.
And when the people were come into the camp, the elders of Israel said, Wherefore hath the LORD smitten us to day before the Philistines? Let us fetch the ark of the covenant of the LORD out of Shiloh unto us, that, when it cometh among us, it may save us out of the hand of our enemies. {fetch: Heb. take unto us}

于是百姓打发人到示罗，从那里将坐在二基路伯上万军之耶和华的约柜抬来。以利的两个儿子何弗尼、非尼哈与神的约柜同来。
Y envió el pueblo a Silo, y trajeron de allá el arca del pacto de Jehová de los ejércitos, que moraba entre los querubines; y los dos hijos de Elí, Ofni y Finees, estaban allí con el arca del pacto de Dios.
So the people sent to Shiloh, that they might bring from thence the ark of the covenant of the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth {between} the cherubims: and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, {were} there with the ark of the covenant of God.

耶和华的约柜到了营中，以色列众人就大声欢呼，地便震动。
Aconteció que cuando el arca del pacto de Jehová llegó al campamento, todo Israel gritó con tan gran júbilo que la tierra tembló.
And when the ark of the covenant of the LORD came into the camp, all Israel shouted with a great shout, so that the earth rang again.

非利士人听见欢呼的声音，就说：在希伯来人营里大声欢呼，是甚么缘故呢？随后就知道耶和华的约柜到了营中。
Cuando los filisteos oyeron la voz de júbilo, dijeron: ¿Qué voz de gran júbilo es esta en el campamento de los hebreos? Y supieron que el arca de Jehová había sido traída al campamento.
And when the Philistines heard the noise of the shout, they said, What {meaneth} the noise of this great shout in the camp of the Hebrews? And they understood that the ark of the LORD was come into the camp.

非利士人就惧怕起来，说：有神到了他们营中；又说：我们有祸了！向来不曾有这样的事。
Y los filisteos tuvieron miedo, porque decían: Ha venido Dios al campamento. Y dijeron: ¡Ay de nosotros! pues antes de ahora no fue así.
And the Philistines were afraid, for they said, God is come into the camp. And they said, Woe unto us! for there hath not been such a thing heretofore. {heretofore: Heb. yesterday, or, the third day}

我们有祸了！谁能救我们脱离这些大能之神的手呢？从前在旷野用各样灾殃击打埃及人的，就是这些 神。
¡Ay de nosotros! ¿Quién nos librará de la mano de estos dioses poderosos? Éstos son los dioses que hirieron a Egipto con toda plaga en el desierto.
Woe unto us! who shall deliver us out of the hand of these mighty Gods? these {are} the Gods that smote the Egyptians with all the plagues in the wilderness.

非利士人哪，你们要刚强，要作大丈夫，免得作希伯来人的奴仆，如同他们作你们的奴仆一样。你们要作大丈夫，与他们争战。
Esforzaos, oh filisteos, y sed hombres, para que no sirváis a los hebreos, como ellos os han servido a vosotros; sed hombres, y pelead.
Be strong, and quit yourselves like men, O ye Philistines, that ye be not servants unto the Hebrews, as they have been to you: quit yourselves like men, and fight. {quit...: Heb. be men}

非利士人和以色列人打仗，以色列人败了，各向各家奔逃，被杀的人甚多，以色列的步兵仆倒了三万。
Pelearon, pues, los filisteos, e Israel fue vencido, y huyeron cada cual a sus tiendas; y fue hecha muy grande mortandad, pues cayeron de Israel treinta mil hombres de a pie.
And the Philistines fought, and Israel was smitten, and they fled every man into his tent: and there was a very great slaughter; for there fell of Israel thirty thousand footmen.

神的约柜被掳去，以利的两个儿子何弗尼、非尼哈也都被杀了。
Y el arca de Dios fue tomada, y muertos los dos hijos de Elí, Ofni y Finees.
And the ark of God was taken; and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were slain. {were slain: Heb. died}

当日，有一个便雅悯人从阵上逃跑，衣服撕裂，头蒙灰尘，来到示罗。
Y corriendo de la batalla un hombre de Benjamín, llegó el mismo día a Silo, rotos sus vestidos y tierra sobre su cabeza;
And there ran a man of Benjamin out of the army, and came to Shiloh the same day with his clothes rent, and with earth upon his head.

到了的时候，以利正在道旁坐在自己的位上观望，为神的约柜心里担忧。那人进城报信，合城的人就都呼喊起来。
y cuando llegó, he aquí que Elí estaba sentado en una silla vigilando junto al camino, porque su corazón estaba temblando por causa del arca de Dios. Llegado, pues, aquel hombre a la ciudad, y dadas las nuevas, toda la ciudad gritó.
And when he came, lo, Eli sat upon a seat by the wayside watching: for his heart trembled for the ark of God. And when the man came into the city, and told {it}, all the city cried out.

以利听见呼喊的声音就问说：这喧嚷是甚么缘故呢？那人急忙来报信给以利。
Cuando Elí oyó el estruendo de la gritería, dijo: ¿Qué estruendo de alboroto es éste? Y aquel hombre vino aprisa y dio las nuevas a Elí.
And when Eli heard the noise of the crying, he said, What {meaneth} the noise of this tumult? And the man came in hastily, and told Eli.

那时以利九十八岁了，眼目发直，不能看见。
Era ya Elí de edad de noventa y ocho años, y sus ojos se habían oscurecido, de modo que no podía ver.
Now Eli was ninety and eight years old; and his eyes were dim, that he could not see. {were dim: Heb. stood}
16
那人对以利说：我是从阵上来的，今日我从阵上逃回。以利说：我儿，事情怎样？
Dijo, pues, aquel hombre a Elí: Yo vengo de la batalla, he escapado hoy del combate. Y Elí dijo: ¿Qué ha acontecido, hijo mío?
And the man said unto Eli, I {am} he that came out of the army, and I fled to day out of the army. And he said, What is there done, my son? {is...: Heb. is the thing}

报信的回答说：以色列人在非利士人面前逃跑，民中被杀的甚多！你的两个儿子何弗尼、非尼哈也都死了，并且神的约柜被掳去。
Y el mensajero respondió diciendo: Israel huyó delante de los filisteos, y también fue hecha gran mortandad en el pueblo; y también tus dos hijos, Ofni y Finees, fueron muertos, y el arca de Dios ha sido tomada.
And the messenger answered and said, Israel is fled before the Philistines, and there hath been also a great slaughter among the people, and thy two sons also, Hophni and Phinehas, are dead, and the ark of God is taken.

他一提神的约柜，以利就从他的位上往后跌倒，在门旁折断颈项而死；因为他年纪老迈，身体沉重。以利作以色列的士师四十年。
Y aconteció que cuando él hizo mención del arca de Dios, Elí cayó hacia atrás de la silla al lado de la puerta, y se desnucó y murió; porque era hombre viejo y pesado. Y había juzgado a Israel cuarenta años.
And it came to pass, when he made mention of the ark of God, that he fell from off the seat backward by the side of the gate, and his neck brake, and he died: for he was an old man, and heavy. And he had judged Israel forty years.

以利的儿妇、非尼哈的妻怀孕将到产期，他听见神的约柜被掳去，公公和丈夫都死了，就猛然疼痛，曲身生产；
Y su nuera la mujer de Finees, que estaba encinta, cercana al alumbramiento, oyendo el rumor que el arca de Dios había sido tomada, y muertos su suegro y su marido, se inclinó y dio a luz; porque le sobrevinieron sus dolores de repente.
And his daughter in law, Phinehas' wife, was with child, {near} to be delivered: and when she heard the tidings that the ark of God was taken, and that her father in law and her husband were dead, she bowed herself and travailed; for her pains came upon her. {be delivered: or, cry out} {came: Heb. were turned}

将要死的时候，旁边站著的妇人们对他说：不要怕！你生了男孩子了。他却不回答，也不放在心上。
Y al tiempo que moría, le decían las que estaban junto a ella: No tengas temor, porque has dado a luz un hijo. Mas ella no respondió, ni se dio por entendida.
And about the time of her death the women that stood by her said unto her, Fear not; for thou hast born a son. But she answered not, neither did she regard {it}. {neither...: Heb. set not her heart}

他给孩子起名叫以迦博，说：荣耀离开以色列了！这是因神的约柜被掳去，又因他公公和丈夫都死了。
Y llamó al niño Icabod, diciendo: ¡Traspasada es la gloria de Israel! por haber sido tomada el arca de Dios, y por la muerte de su suegro y de su marido.
And she named the child Ichabod, saying, The glory is departed from Israel: because the ark of God was taken, and because of her father in law and her husband. {Ichabod: that is, Where is the glory? or, There is no glory}

他又说：荣耀离开以色列，因为神的约柜被掳去了。
Dijo, pues: Traspasada es la gloria de Israel; porque ha sido tomada el arca de Dios.
And she said, The glory is departed from Israel: for the ark of God is taken.
