（大卫的训诲诗，交与伶长。调用麻哈拉。）愚顽人心里说：没有神。他们都是邪恶，行了可憎恶的罪孽；没有一个人行善。
Dice el necio en su corazón: No hay Dios.Se han corrompido, e hicieron abominable maldad;No hay quien haga bien.
[To the chief Musician upon Mahalath, Maschil, {A Psalm} of David.] The fool hath said in his heart, {There is} no God. Corrupt are they, and have done abominable iniquity: {there is} none that doeth good. {Maschil: or, of instruction}

神从天上垂看世人，要看有明白的没有？有寻求他的没有？
Dios desde los cielos miró sobre los hijos de los hombres,Para ver si había algún entendidoQue buscara a Dios.
God looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were {any} that did understand, that did seek God.

他们各人都退后，一同变为污秽；并没有行善的，连一个也没有。
Cada uno se había vuelto atrás; todos se habían corrompido;No hay quien haga lo bueno, no hay ni aun uno.
Every one of them is gone back: they are altogether become filthy; {there is} none that doeth good, no, not one.

作孽的没有知识么？他们吞吃我的百姓如同吃饭一样，并不求告神。
¿No tienen conocimiento todos los que hacen iniquidad,Que devoran a mi pueblo como si comiesen pan,Y a Dios no invocan?
Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge? who eat up my people {as} they eat bread: they have not called upon God.

他们在无可惧怕之处就大大害怕，因为神把那安营攻击你之人的骨头散开了。你使他们蒙羞，因为 神弃绝了他们。
Allí se sobresaltaron de pavor donde no había miedo,Porque Dios ha esparcido los huesos del que puso asedio contra ti;Los avergonzaste, porque Dios los desechó.
There were they in great fear, {where} no fear was: for God hath scattered the bones of him that encampeth {against} thee: thou hast put {them} to shame, because God hath despised them. {were...: Heb. they feared a fear}

但愿以色列的救恩从锡安而出。神救回他被掳的子民那时，雅各要快乐，以色列要欢喜。
¡Oh, si saliera de Sion la salvación de Israel!Cuando Dios hiciere volver de la cautividad a su pueblo,Se gozará Jacob, y se alegrará Israel.
Oh that the salvation of Israel {were come} out of Zion! When God bringeth back the captivity of his people, Jacob shall rejoice, {and} Israel shall be glad. {Oh that...: Heb. Who will give salvation, etc}
