遵守我的命令就得存活；保守我的法则（或译：指教），好像保守眼中的瞳人，
Guarda mis mandamientos y vivirás,Y mi ley como las niñas de tus ojos.
Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye.

系在你指头上，刻在你心版上。
Lígalos a tus dedos;Escríbelos en la tabla de tu corazón.
Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine heart.

对智慧说：你是我的姊妹，称呼聪明为你的亲人，
Di a la sabiduría: Tú eres mi hermana,Y a la inteligencia llama parienta;
Say unto wisdom, Thou {art} my sister; and call understanding {thy} kinswoman:

他就保你远离淫妇，远离说谄媚话的外女。
Para que te guarden de la mujer ajena,Y de la extraña que ablanda sus palabras.
That they may keep thee from the strange woman, from the stranger {which} flattereth with her words.

我曾在我房屋的窗户内，从我窗櫺之间往外观看：
Porque mirando yo por la ventana de mi casa,Por mi celosía,
For at the window of my house I looked through my casement,

见愚蒙人内，少年人中，分明有一个无知的少年人，
Vi entre los simples,Consideré entre los jóvenes,A un joven falto de entendimiento,
And beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the youths, a young man void of understanding, {the youths: Heb. the sons}

从街上经过，走近淫妇的巷口，直往通他家的路去，
El cual pasaba por la calle, junto a la esquina,E iba camino a la casa de ella,
Passing through the street near her corner; and he went the way to her house,

在黄昏，或晚上，或半夜，或黑暗之中。
A la tarde del día, cuando ya oscurecía,En la oscuridad y tinieblas de la noche.
In the twilight, in the evening, in the black and dark night: {in the evening: Heb. in the evening of days}

看哪，有一个妇人来迎接他，是妓女的打扮，有诡诈的心思。
Cuando he aquí, una mujer le sale al encuentro,Con atavío de ramera y astuta de corazón.
And, behold, there met him a woman {with} the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart.

这妇人喧嚷，不守约束，在家里停不住脚，
Alborotadora y rencillosa,Sus pies no pueden estar en casa;
(She {is} loud and stubborn; her feet abide not in her house:

有时在街市上，有时在宽阔处，或在各巷口蹲伏，
Unas veces está en la calle, otras veces en las plazas,Acechando por todas las esquinas.
Now {is she} without, now in the streets, and lieth in wait at every corner.)

拉住那少年人，与他亲嘴，脸无羞耻对他说：
Se asió de él, y le besó.Con semblante descarado le dijo:
So she caught him, and kissed him, {and} with an impudent face said unto him, {with...: Heb. she strengthened her face and said}

平安祭在我这里，今日才还了我所许的愿。
Sacrificios de paz había prometido,Hoy he pagado mis votos;
{I have} peace offerings with me; this day have I payed my vows. {I have...: Heb. Peace offerings are upon me}

因此，我出来迎接你，恳切求见你的面，恰巧遇见了你。
Por tanto, he salido a encontrarte,Buscando diligentemente tu rostro, y te he hallado.
Therefore came I forth to meet thee, diligently to seek thy face, and I have found thee.

我已经用绣花毯子和埃及线织的花纹布铺了我的床。
He adornado mi cama con colchasRecamadas con cordoncillo de Egipto;
I have decked my bed with coverings of tapestry, with carved {works}, with fine linen of Egypt.

我又用没药、沉香、桂皮薰了我的榻。
He perfumado mi cámaraCon mirra, áloes y canela.
I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon.

你来，我们可以饱享爱情，直到早晨；我们可以彼此亲爱欢乐。
Ven, embriaguémonos de amores hasta la mañana;Alegrémonos en amores.
Come, let us take our fill of love until the morning: let us solace ourselves with loves.
19
因为我丈夫不在家，出门行远路；
Porque el marido no está en casa;Se ha ido a un largo viaje.
For the goodman {is} not at home, he is gone a long journey:

他手拿银囊，必到月望才回家。
La bolsa de dinero llevó en su mano;El día señalado volverá a su casa.
He hath taken a bag of money with him, {and} will come home at the day appointed. {with...: Heb. in his hand} {the day...: or, the new moon}

淫妇用许多巧言诱他随从，用谄媚的嘴逼他同行。
Lo rindió con la suavidad de sus muchas palabras,Le obligó con la zalamería de sus labios.
With her much fair speech she caused him to yield, with the flattering of her lips she forced him.
22
少年人立刻跟随他，好像牛往宰杀之地，又像愚昧人带锁链去受刑罚，
Al punto se marchó tras ella,Como va el buey al degolladero,Y como el necio a las prisiones para ser castigado;
He goeth after her straightway, as an ox goeth to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks; {straightway: Heb. suddenly}

直等箭穿他的肝，如同雀鸟急入网罗，却不知是自丧己命。
Como el ave que se apresura a la red,Y no sabe que es contra su vida,Hasta que la saeta traspasa su corazón.
Till a dart strike through his liver; as a bird hasteth to the snare, and knoweth not that it {is} for his life.

众子啊，现在要听从我，留心听我口中的话。
Ahora pues, hijos, oídme,Y estad atentos a las razones de mi boca.
Hearken unto me now therefore, O ye children, and attend to the words of my mouth.
25
你的心不可偏向淫妇的道，不要入他的迷途。
No se aparte tu corazón a sus caminos;No yerres en sus veredas.
Let not thine heart decline to her ways, go not astray in her paths.
26
因为，被他伤害仆倒的不少；被他杀戮的而且甚多。
Porque a muchos ha hecho caer heridos,Y aun los más fuertes han sido muertos por ella.
For she hath cast down many wounded: yea, many strong {men} have been slain by her.
27
他的家是在阴间之路，下到死亡之宫。
Camino al Seol es su casa,Que conduce a las cámaras de la muerte.
Her house {is} the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death.
