（上行之诗。）以色列当说：从我幼年以来，敌人屡次苦害我，
Mucho me han angustiado desde mi juventud,Puede decir ahora Israel;
[A Song of degrees.] Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth, may Israel now say: {Many...: or, Much}

从我幼年以来，敌人屡次苦害我，却没有胜了我。
Mucho me han angustiado desde mi juventud;Mas no prevalecieron contra mí.
Many a time have they afflicted me from my youth: yet they have not prevailed against me. {Many...: or, Much}

如同扶犁的在我背上扶犁而耕，耕的犁沟甚长。
Sobre mis espaldas araron los aradores;Hicieron largos surcos.
The plowers plowed upon my back: they made long their furrows.

耶和华是公义的；他砍断了恶人的绳索。
Jehová es justo;Cortó las coyundas de los impíos.
The LORD {is} righteous: he hath cut asunder the cords of the wicked.

愿恨恶锡安的都蒙羞退后！
Serán avergonzados y vueltos atrásTodos los que aborrecen a Sion.
Let them all be confounded and turned back that hate Zion.

愿他们像房顶上的草，未长成而枯干，
Serán como la hierba de los tejados,Que se seca antes que crezca;
Let them be as the grass {upon} the housetops, which withereth afore it groweth up:

收割的不够一把，捆禾的也不满怀。
De la cual no llenó el segador su mano,Ni sus brazos el que hace gavillas.
Wherewith the mower filleth not his hand; nor he that bindeth sheaves his bosom.

过路的也不说：愿耶和华所赐的福归与你们！我们奉耶和华的名给你们祝福！
Ni dijeron los que pasaban:Bendición de Jehová sea sobre vosotros;Os bendecimos en el nombre de Jehová.
Neither do they which go by say, The blessing of the LORD {be} upon you: we bless you in the name of the LORD.
