耶和华─你神将列国之民剪除的时候，耶和华─你 神也将他们的地赐给你，你接著住他们的城邑并他们的房屋，
Cuando Jehová tu Dios destruya a las naciones cuya tierra Jehová tu Dios te da a ti, y tú las heredes, y habites en sus ciudades, y en sus casas;
When the LORD thy God hath cut off the nations, whose land the LORD thy God giveth thee, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their cities, and in their houses; {succeedest: Heb. inheritest, or, possessest}

就要在耶和华─你神所赐你为业的地上分定三座城。
te apartarás tres ciudades en medio de la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da para que la poseas.
Thou shalt separate three cities for thee in the midst of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it.

要将耶和华─你神使你承受为业的地分为三段；又要预备道路，使误杀人的，都可以逃到那里去。
Arreglarás los caminos, y dividirás en tres partes la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te dará en heredad, y será para que todo homicida huya allí.
Thou shalt prepare thee a way, and divide the coasts of thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee to inherit, into three parts, that every slayer may flee thither.

误杀人的逃到那里可以存活，定例乃是这样：凡素无仇恨，无心杀了人的，
Y éste es el caso del homicida que huirá allí, y vivirá: aquel que hiriere a su prójimo sin intención y sin haber tenido enemistad con él anteriormente;
And this {is} the case of the slayer, which shall flee thither, that he may live: Whoso killeth his neighbour ignorantly, whom he hated not in time past; {in...: Heb. from yesterday the third day}

就如人与邻舍同入树林砍伐树木，手拿斧子一砍，本想砍下树木，不料，斧头脱了把，飞落在邻舍身上，以致于死，这人逃到那些城的一座城，就可以存活，
como el que fuere con su prójimo al monte a cortar leña, y al dar su mano el golpe con el hacha para cortar algún leño, saltare el hierro del cabo, y diere contra su prójimo y éste muriere; aquél huirá a una de estas ciudades, y vivirá;
As when a man goeth into the wood with his neighbour to hew wood, and his hand fetcheth a stroke with the axe to cut down the tree, and the head slippeth from the helve, and lighteth upon his neighbour, that he die; he shall flee unto one of those cities, and live: {head: Heb. iron} {helve: Heb. wood} {lighteth...: Heb. findeth}

免得报血仇的，心中火热追赶他，因路远就追上，将他杀死；其实他不该死，因为他与被杀的素无仇恨。
no sea que el vengador de la sangre, enfurecido, persiga al homicida, y le alcance por ser largo el camino, y le hiera de muerte, no debiendo ser condenado a muerte por cuanto no tenía enemistad con su prójimo anteriormente.
Lest the avenger of the blood pursue the slayer, while his heart is hot, and overtake him, because the way is long, and slay him; whereas he {was} not worthy of death, inasmuch as he hated him not in time past. {slay...: Heb. smite him in life} {in...: Heb. from yesterday the third day}

所以我吩咐你说，要分定三座城。
Por tanto yo te mando, diciendo: Separarás tres ciudades.
Wherefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt separate three cities for thee.
8
耶和华─你神若照他向你列祖所起的誓扩张你的境界，将所应许赐你列祖的地全然给你，
Y si Jehová tu Dios ensanchare tu territorio, como lo juró a tus padres, y te diere toda la tierra que prometió dar a tus padres,
And if the LORD thy God enlarge thy coast, as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, and give thee all the land which he promised to give unto thy fathers;

你若谨守遵行我今日所吩咐的这一切诫命，爱耶和华─你的神，常常遵行他的道，就要在这三座城之外，再添三座城，
siempre y cuando guardares todos estos mandamientos que yo te prescribo hoy, para ponerlos por obra; que ames a Jehová tu Dios y andes en sus caminos todos los días; entonces añadirás tres ciudades más a estas tres,
If thou shalt keep all these commandments to do them, which I command thee this day, to love the LORD thy God, and to walk ever in his ways; then shalt thou add three cities more for thee, beside these three:

免得无辜之人的血流在耶和华─你神所赐你为业的地上，流血的罪就归于你。
para que no sea derramada sangre inocente en medio de la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad, y no seas culpado de derramamiento de sangre.
That innocent blood be not shed in thy land, which the LORD thy God giveth thee {for} an inheritance, and {so} blood be upon thee.

若有人恨他的邻舍，埋伏著起来击杀他，以致于死，便逃到这些城的一座城，
Pero si hubiere alguno que aborreciere a su prójimo y lo acechare, y se levantare contra él y lo hiriere de muerte, y muriere; si huyere a alguna de estas ciudades,
But if any man hate his neighbour, and lie in wait for him, and rise up against him, and smite him mortally that he die, and fleeth into one of these cities: {mortally: Heb. in life}

本城的长老就要打发人去，从那里带出他来，交在报血仇的手中，将他治死。
entonces los ancianos de su ciudad enviarán y lo sacarán de allí, y lo entregarán en mano del vengador de la sangre para que muera.
Then the elders of his city shall send and fetch him thence, and deliver him into the hand of the avenger of blood, that he may die.
13
你眼不可顾惜他，却要从以色列中除掉流无辜血的罪，使你可以得福。
No le compadecerás; y quitarás de Israel la sangre inocente, y te irá bien.
Thine eye shall not pity him, but thou shalt put away {the guilt of} innocent blood from Israel, that it may go well with thee.

在耶和华─你神所赐你承受为业之地，不可挪移你邻舍的地界，那是先人所定的。
En la heredad que poseas en la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da, no reducirás los límites de la propiedad de tu prójimo, que fijaron los antiguos.
Thou shalt not remove thy neighbour's landmark, which they of old time have set in thine inheritance, which thou shalt inherit in the land that the LORD thy God giveth thee to possess it.
15
人无论犯甚么罪，作甚么恶，不可凭一个人的口作见证，总要凭两三个人的口作见证才可定案。
No se tomará en cuenta a un solo testigo contra ninguno en cualquier delito ni en cualquier pecado, en relación con cualquiera ofensa cometida. Sólo por el testimonio de dos o tres testigos se mantendrá la acusación.
One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.

若有凶恶的见证人起来，见证某人作恶，
Cuando se levantare testigo falso contra alguno, para testificar contra él,
If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him {that which is} wrong; {that...: or, falling away}
17
这两个争讼的人就要站在耶和华面前，和当时的祭司，并审判官面前，
entonces los dos litigantes se presentarán delante de Jehová, y delante de los sacerdotes y de los jueces que hubiere en aquellos días.
Then both the men, between whom the controversy {is}, shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days;
18
审判官要细细的查究，若见证人果然是作假见证的，以假见证陷害弟兄，
Y los jueces inquirirán bien; y si aquel testigo resultare falso, y hubiere acusado falsamente a su hermano,
And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, {if} the witness {be} a false witness, {and} hath testified falsely against his brother;
19
你们就要待他如同他想要待的弟兄。这样，就把那恶从你们中间除掉。
entonces haréis a él como él pensó hacer a su hermano; y quitarás el mal de en medio de ti.
Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.
20
别人听见都要害怕，就不敢在你们中间再行这样的恶了。
Y los que quedaren oirán y temerán, y no volverán a hacer más una maldad semejante en medio de ti.
And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you.
21
你眼不可顾惜，要以命偿命，以眼还眼，以牙还牙，以手还手，以脚还脚。
Y no le compadecerás; vida por vida, ojo por ojo, diente por diente, mano por mano, pie por pie.
And thine eye shall not pity; {but} life {shall go} for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.
