亚撒的儿子约沙法接续他作王，奋勇自强，防备以色列人，
Reinó en su lugar Josafat su hijo, el cual se hizo fuerte contra Israel.
And Jehoshaphat his son reigned in his stead, and strengthened himself against Israel.

安置军兵在犹大一切坚固城里，又安置防兵在犹大地和他父亚撒所得以法莲的城邑中。
Puso ejércitos en todas las ciudades fortificadas de Judá, y colocó gente de guarnición en tierra de Judá, y asimismo en las ciudades de Efraín que su padre Asa había tomado.
And he placed forces in all the fenced cities of Judah, and set garrisons in the land of Judah, and in the cities of Ephraim, which Asa his father had taken.

耶和华与约沙法同在；因为他行他祖大卫初行的道，不寻求巴力，
Y Jehová estuvo con Josafat, porque anduvo en los primeros caminos de David su padre, y no buscó a los baales,
And the LORD was with Jehoshaphat, because he walked in the first ways of his father David, and sought not unto Baalim; {of...: or, of his father, and of David}

只寻求他父亲的神，遵行他的诫命，不效法以色列人的行为。
sino que buscó al Dios de su padre, y anduvo en sus mandamientos, y no según las obras de Israel.
But sought to the {LORD} God of his father, and walked in his commandments, and not after the doings of Israel.

所以耶和华坚定他的国，犹大众人给他进贡；约沙法大有尊荣资财。
Jehová, por tanto, confirmó el reino en su mano, y todo Judá dio a Josafat presentes; y tuvo riquezas y gloria en abundancia.
Therefore the LORD stablished the kingdom in his hand; and all Judah brought to Jehoshaphat presents; and he had riches and honour in abundance. {brought: Heb. gave}

他高兴遵行耶和华的道，并且从犹大除掉一切邱坛和木偶。
Y se animó su corazón en los caminos de Jehová, y quitó los lugares altos y las imágenes de Asera de en medio de Judá.
And his heart was lifted up in the ways of the LORD: moreover he took away the high places and groves out of Judah. {was...: that is, was encouraged}

他作王第三年，就差遣臣子便亥伊勒、俄巴底、撒迦利雅、拿坦业、米该亚往犹大各城去教训百姓。
Al tercer año de su reinado envió sus príncipes Ben-hail, Abdías, Zacarías, Natanael y Micaías, para que enseñasen en las ciudades de Judá;
Also in the third year of his reign he sent to his princes, {even} to Benhail, and to Obadiah, and to Zechariah, and to Nethaneel, and to Michaiah, to teach in the cities of Judah.

同著他们有利未人示玛雅、尼探雅、西巴第雅、亚撒黑、示米拉末、约拿单、亚多尼雅、多比雅、驼巴多尼雅，又有祭司以利沙玛、约兰同著他们。
y con ellos a los levitas Semaías, Netanías, Zebadías, Asael, Semiramot, Jonatán, Adonías, Tobías y Tobadonías; y con ellos a los sacerdotes Elisama y Joram.
And with them {he sent} Levites, {even} Shemaiah, and Nethaniah, and Zebadiah, and Asahel, and Shemiramoth, and Jehonathan, and Adonijah, and Tobijah, and Tobadonijah, Levites; and with them Elishama and Jehoram, priests.

他们带著耶和华的律法书，走遍犹大各城教训百姓。
Y enseñaron en Judá, teniendo consigo el libro de la ley de Jehová, y recorrieron todas las ciudades de Judá enseñando al pueblo.
And they taught in Judah, and {had} the book of the law of the LORD with them, and went about throughout all the cities of Judah, and taught the people.

耶和华使犹大四围的列国都甚恐惧，不敢与约沙法争战。
Y cayó el pavor de Jehová sobre todos los reinos de las tierras que estaban alrededor de Judá, y no osaron hacer guerra contra Josafat.
And the fear of the LORD fell upon all the kingdoms of the lands that {were} round about Judah, so that they made no war against Jehoshaphat. {fell: Heb. was}

有些非利士人与约沙法送礼物，纳贡银。亚拉伯人也送他公绵羊七千七百只，公山羊七千七百只。
Y traían de los filisteos presentes a Josafat, y tributos de plata. Los árabes también le trajeron ganados, siete mil setecientos carneros y siete mil setecientos machos cabríos.
Also {some} of the Philistines brought Jehoshaphat presents, and tribute silver; and the Arabians brought him flocks, seven thousand and seven hundred rams, and seven thousand and seven hundred he goats.

约沙法日渐强大，在犹大建造营寨和积货城。
Iba, pues, Josafat engrandeciéndose mucho; y edificó en Judá fortalezas y ciudades de aprovisionamiento.
And Jehoshaphat waxed great exceedingly; and he built in Judah castles, and cities of store. {castles: or, palaces}

他在犹大城邑中有许多工程，又在耶路撒冷有战士，就是大能的勇士。
Tuvo muchas provisiones en las ciudades de Judá, y hombres de guerra muy valientes en Jerusalén.
And he had much business in the cities of Judah: and the men of war, mighty men of valour, {were} in Jerusalem.

他们的数目，按著宗族，记在下面：犹大族的，千夫长押拿为首率领大能的勇士─三十万；
Y éste es el número de ellos según sus casas paternas: de los jefes de los millares de Judá, el general Adnas, y con él trescientos mil hombres muy esforzados.
And these {are} the numbers of them according to the house of their fathers: Of Judah, the captains of thousands; Adnah the chief, and with him mighty men of valour three hundred thousand.

其次是，千夫长约哈难率领大能的勇士─二十八万；
Después de él, el jefe Johanán, y con él doscientos ochenta mil.
And next to him {was} Jehohanan the captain, and with him two hundred and fourscore thousand. {next...: Heb. at his hand}
16
其次是，细基利的儿子亚玛斯雅〈他为耶和华牺牲自己〉率领大能的勇士─二十万。
Tras éste, Amasías hijo de Zicri, el cual se había ofrecido voluntariamente a Jehová, y con él doscientos mil hombres valientes.
And next him {was} Amasiah the son of Zichri, who willingly offered himself unto the LORD; and with him two hundred thousand mighty men of valour.
17
便雅悯族，是大能的勇士以利雅大率领，拿弓箭和盾牌的─二十万；
De Benjamín, Eliada, hombre muy valeroso, y con él doscientos mil armados de arco y escudo.
And of Benjamin; Eliada a mighty man of valour, and with him armed men with bow and shield two hundred thousand.
18
其次是，约萨拔率领预备打仗的─十八万。
Tras éste, Jozabad, y con él ciento ochenta mil dispuestos para la guerra.
And next him {was} Jehozabad, and with him an hundred and fourscore thousand ready prepared for the war.
19
这都是伺候王的，还有王在犹大全地坚固城所安置的不在其内。
Éstos eran siervos del rey, sin los que el rey había puesto en las ciudades fortificadas en todo Judá.
These waited on the king, beside {those} whom the king put in the fenced cities throughout all Judah.
