人若有争讼，来听审判，审判官就要定义人有理，定恶人有罪。
Si hubiere pleito entre algunos, y acudieren al tribunal para que los jueces los juzguen, éstos absolverán al justo, y condenarán al culpable.
If there be a controversy between men, and they come unto judgment, that {the judges} may judge them; then they shall justify the righteous, and condemn the wicked.

恶人若该受责打，审判官就要叫他当面伏在地上，按著他的罪照数责打。
Y si el delincuente mereciere ser azotado, entonces el juez le hará echar en tierra, y le hará azotar en su presencia; según su delito será el número de azotes.
And it shall be, if the wicked man {be} worthy to be beaten, that the judge shall cause him to lie down, and to be beaten before his face, according to his fault, by a certain number.

只可打他四十下，不可过数；若过数，便是轻贱你的弟兄了。
Se podrá dar cuarenta azotes, no más; no sea que, si lo hirieren con muchos azotes más que éstos, se sienta tu hermano envilecido delante de tus ojos.
Forty stripes he may give him, {and} not exceed: lest, {if} he should exceed, and beat him above these with many stripes, then thy brother should seem vile unto thee.

牛在场上踹谷的时候，不可笼住他的嘴。
No pondrás bozal al buey cuando trillare.
Thou shalt not muzzle the ox when he treadeth out {the corn}. {treadeth...: Heb. thresheth}

弟兄同居，若死了一个，没有儿子，死人的妻不可出嫁外人，他丈夫的兄弟当尽弟兄的本分，娶他为妻，与他同房。
Cuando hermanos habitaren juntos, y muriere alguno de ellos, y no tuviere hijo, la mujer del muerto no se casará fuera con hombre extraño; su cuñado se llegará a ella, y la tomará por su mujer, y hará con ella parentesco.
If brethren dwell together, and one of them die, and have no child, the wife of the dead shall not marry without unto a stranger: her husband's brother shall go in unto her, and take her to him to wife, and perform the duty of an husband's brother unto her. {her husband's...: or, her next kinsman}

妇人生的长子必归死兄的名下，免得他的名在以色列中涂抹了。
Y el primogénito que ella diere a luz sucederá en el nombre de su hermano muerto, para que el nombre de éste no sea borrado de Israel.
And it shall be, {that} the firstborn which she beareth shall succeed in the name of his brother {which is} dead, that his name be not put out of Israel.

那人若不愿意娶他哥哥的妻，他哥哥的妻就要到城门长老那里，说：我丈夫的兄弟不肯在以色列中兴起他哥哥的名字，不给我尽弟兄的本分。
Y si el hombre no quisiere tomar a su cuñada, irá entonces su cuñada a la puerta, a los ancianos, y dirá: Mi cuñado no quiere suscitar nombre en Israel a su hermano; no quiere emparentar conmigo.
And if the man like not to take his brother's wife, then let his brother's wife go up to the gate unto the elders, and say, My husband's brother refuseth to raise up unto his brother a name in Israel, he will not perform the duty of my husband's brother. {brother's: or, next kinsman's}

本城的长老就要召那人来问他，他若执意说：我不愿意娶他，
Entonces los ancianos de aquella ciudad lo harán venir, y hablarán con él; y si él se levantare y dijere: No quiero tomarla,
Then the elders of his city shall call him, and speak unto him: and {if} he stand {to it}, and say, I like not to take her;

他哥哥的妻就要当著长老到那人的跟前，脱了他的鞋，吐唾沫在他脸上，说：凡不为哥哥建立家室的都要这样待他。
se acercará entonces su cuñada a él delante de los ancianos, y le quitará el calzado del pie, y le escupirá en el rostro, y hablará y dirá: Así será hecho al varón que no quiere edificar la casa de su hermano.
Then shall his brother's wife come unto him in the presence of the elders, and loose his shoe from off his foot, and spit in his face, and shall answer and say, So shall it be done unto that man that will not build up his brother's house.

在以色列中，他的名必称为脱鞋之家。
Y se le dará este nombre en Israel: La casa del descalzado.
And his name shall be called in Israel, The house of him that hath his shoe loosed.

若有二人争斗，这人的妻近前来，要救他丈夫脱离那打他丈夫之人的手，抓住那人的下体，
Si algunos riñeren uno con otro, y se acercare la mujer de uno para librar a su marido de mano del que le hiere, y alargando su mano asiere de sus partes vergonzosas,
When men strive together one with another, and the wife of the one draweth near for to deliver her husband out of the hand of him that smiteth him, and putteth forth her hand, and taketh him by the secrets:

就要砍断妇人的手，眼不可顾惜他。
le cortarás entonces la mano; no la perdonarás.
Then thou shalt cut off her hand, thine eye shall not pity {her}.

你囊中不可有一大一小两样的法码。
No tendrás en tu bolsa pesa grande y pesa chica,
Thou shalt not have in thy bag divers weights, a great and a small. {divers...: Heb. a stone and a stone}
14
你家里不可有一大一小两样的升斗。
ni tendrás en tu casa efa grande y efa pequeño.
Thou shalt not have in thine house divers measures, a great and a small. {divers...: Heb. an ephah and an ephah}
15
当用对准公平的法码，公平的升斗。这样，在耶和华─你神所赐你的地上，你的日子就可以长久。
Pesa exacta y justa tendrás; efa cabal y justo tendrás, para que tus días sean prolongados sobre la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da.
{But} thou shalt have a perfect and just weight, a perfect and just measure shalt thou have: that thy days may be lengthened in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee.
16
因为行非义之事的人都是耶和华─你神所憎恶的。
Porque abominación es a Jehová tu Dios cualquiera que hace esto, y cualquiera que hace injusticia.
For all that do such things, {and} all that do unrighteously, {are} an abomination unto the LORD thy God.
17
你要记念你们出埃及的时候，亚玛力人在路上怎样待你。
Acuérdate de lo que hizo Amalec contigo en el camino, cuando salías de Egipto;
Remember what Amalek did unto thee by the way, when ye were come forth out of Egypt;

他们在路上遇见你，趁你疲乏困倦击杀你尽后边软弱的人，并不敬畏神。
de cómo te salió al encuentro en el camino, y te desbarató la retaguardia de todos los débiles que iban detrás de ti, cuando tú estabas cansado y trabajado; y no tuvo ningún temor de Dios.
How he met thee by the way, and smote the hindmost of thee, {even} all {that were} feeble behind thee, when thou {wast} faint and weary; and he feared not God.

所以耶和华─你神使你不被四围一切的仇敌扰乱，在耶和华─你 神赐你为业的地上得享平安。那时，你要将亚玛力的名号从天下涂抹了，不可忘记。
Por tanto, cuando Jehová tu Dios te dé descanso de todos tus enemigos alrededor, en la tierra que Jehová tu Dios te da por heredad para que la poseas, borrarás la memoria de Amalec de debajo del cielo; no lo olvides.
Therefore it shall be, when the LORD thy God hath given thee rest from all thine enemies round about, in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee {for} an inheritance to possess it, {that} thou shalt blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven; thou shalt not forget {it}.
