看哪，必有一王凭公义行政；必有首领藉公平掌权。
He aquí que para justicia reinará un rey, y príncipes presidirán en juicio.
Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.

必有一人像避风所和避暴雨的隐密处，又像河流在干旱之地，像大磐石的影子在疲乏之地。
Y será aquel varón como escondedero contra el viento, y como refugio contra el turbión; como arroyos de aguas en tierra de sequedad, como sombra de gran peñasco en tierra calurosa.
And a man shall be as an hiding place from the wind, and a covert from the tempest; as rivers of water in a dry place, as the shadow of a great rock in a weary land. {great: Heb. heavy}

那能看的人，眼不再昏迷；能听的人，耳必得听闻。
No se ofuscarán entonces los ojos de los que ven, y los oídos de los oyentes oirán atentos.
And the eyes of them that see shall not be dim, and the ears of them that hear shall hearken.

冒失人的心必明白知识；结巴人的舌必说话通快。
Y el corazón de los necios entenderá para saber, y la lengua de los tartamudos hablará rápida y claramente.
The heart also of the rash shall understand knowledge, and the tongue of the stammerers shall be ready to speak plainly. {rash: Heb. hasty} {plainly: or, elegantly}

愚顽人不再称为高明，吝啬人不再称为大方。
El ruin nunca más será llamado generoso, ni el tramposo será llamado espléndido.
The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said {to be} bountiful.

因为愚顽人必说愚顽话，心里想作罪孽，惯行亵渎的事，说错谬的话攻击耶和华，使饥饿的人无食可吃，使口渴的人无水可喝。
Porque el ruin hablará ruindades, y su corazón fabricará iniquidad, para cometer impiedad y para hablar escarnio contra Jehová, dejando vacía el alma hambrienta, y quitando la bebida al sediento.
For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the LORD, to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.

吝啬人所用的法子是恶的；他图谋恶计，用谎言毁灭谦卑人；穷乏人讲公理的时候，他也是这样行。
Las armas del tramposo son malas; trama intrigas inicuas para enredar a los simples con palabras mentirosas, y para hablar en juicio contra el pobre.
The instruments also of the churl {are} evil: he deviseth wicked devices to destroy the poor with lying words, even when the needy speaketh right. {the needy...: or, he speaketh against the poor in judgment}

高明人却谋高明事，在高明事上也必永存。
Pero el generoso pensará generosidades, y por generosidades será exaltado.
But the liberal deviseth liberal things; and by liberal things shall he stand. {stand: or, be established}

安逸的妇女啊，起来听我的声音！无虑的女子啊，侧耳听我的言语！
Mujeres indolentes, levantaos, oíd mi voz; hijas confiadas, escuchad mi razón.
Rise up, ye women that are at ease; hear my voice, ye careless daughters; give ear unto my speech.
10
无虑的女子啊，再过一年多，必受骚扰；因为无葡萄可摘，无果子（或译：禾稼）可收。
De aquí a algo más de un año tendréis espanto, oh confiadas; porque la vendimia faltará, y la cosecha no vendrá.
Many days and years shall ye be troubled, ye careless women: for the vintage shall fail, the gathering shall not come. {Many...: Heb. Days above a year}

安逸的妇女啊，要战兢；无虑的女子啊，要受骚扰。脱去衣服，赤著身体，腰束麻布。
Temblad, oh indolentes; turbaos, oh confiadas; despojaos, desnudaos, ceñid los lomos con cilicio.
Tremble, ye women that are at ease; be troubled, ye careless ones: strip you, and make you bare, and gird {sackcloth} upon {your} loins.

他们必为美好的田地和多结果的葡萄树，搥胸哀哭。
Golpeándose el pecho lamentarán por los campos deleitosos, por la vid fértil.
They shall lament for the teats, for the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine. {pleasant...: Heb. fields of desire}

荆棘蒺藜必长在我百姓的地上，又长在欢乐的城中和一切快乐的房屋上。
Sobre la tierra de mi pueblo subirán espinos y cardos, y aun sobre todas las casas en que hay alegría en la ciudad de alegría.
Upon the land of my people shall come up thorns {and} briers; yea, upon all the houses of joy {in} the joyous city: {yea...: or, burning upon}

因为宫殿必被撇下，多民的城必被离弃；山冈望楼永为洞穴，作野驴所喜乐的，为羊群的草场。
Porque los palacios quedarán desiertos, la multitud de la ciudad cesará; las torres y fortalezas se volverán cuevas para siempre, donde descansen asnos monteses, y ganados hagan majada;
Because the palaces shall be forsaken; the multitude of the city shall be left; the forts and towers shall be for dens for ever, a joy of wild asses, a pasture of flocks; {forts...: or, clifts and watchtowers}

等到圣灵从上浇灌我们，旷野就变为肥田，肥田看如树林。
hasta que sobre nosotros sea derramado el Espíritu de lo alto, y el desierto se convierta en campo fértil, y el campo fértil sea estimado por bosque.
Until the spirit be poured upon us from on high, and the wilderness be a fruitful field, and the fruitful field be counted for a forest.

那时，公平要居在旷野；公义要居在肥田。
Y habitará el juicio en el desierto, y en el campo fértil morará la justicia.
Then judgment shall dwell in the wilderness, and righteousness remain in the fruitful field.
17
公义的果效必是平安；公义的效验必是平稳，直到永远。
Y el efecto de la justicia será paz; y la labor de la justicia, reposo y seguridad para siempre.
And the work of righteousness shall be peace; and the effect of righteousness quietness and assurance for ever.
18
我的百姓必住在平安的居所，安稳的住处，平静的安歇所。
Y mi pueblo habitará en morada de paz, en habitaciones seguras, y en recreos de reposo.
And my people shall dwell in a peaceable habitation, and in sure dwellings, and in quiet resting places;
19
（但要降冰雹打倒树林；城必全然拆平。）
Y cuando caiga granizo, caerá en los montes; y la ciudad será del todo abatida.
When it shall hail, coming down on the forest; and the city shall be low in a low place. {low in...: or, utterly abased}
20
你们在各水边撒种、牧放牛驴的有福了！
Dichosos vosotros los que sembráis junto a todas las aguas, y dejáis libres al buey y al asno.
Blessed {are} ye that sow beside all waters, that send forth {thither} the feet of the ox and the ass.
