耶和华的膀臂并非缩短，不能拯救，耳朵并非发沉，不能听见，
He aquí que no se ha acortado la mano de Jehová para salvar, ni se ha agravado su oído para oír;
Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear:

但你们的罪孽使你们与神隔绝；你们的罪恶使他掩面不听你们。
pero vuestras iniquidades han hecho división entre vosotros y vuestro Dios, y vuestros pecados han hecho ocultar de vosotros su rostro para no oír.
But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid {his} face from you, that he will not hear. {have hid: or, have made him hide}

因你们的手被血沾染，你们的指头被罪孽沾污，你们的嘴唇说谎言，你们的舌头出恶语。
Porque vuestras manos están contaminadas de sangre, y vuestros dedos de iniquidad; vuestros labios pronuncian mentira, habla maldad vuestra lengua.
For your hands are defiled with blood, and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness.

无一人按公义告状，无一人凭诚实辨白；都倚靠虚妄，说谎言。所怀的是毒害；所生的是罪孽。
No hay quien clame por la justicia, ni quien juzgue por la verdad; confían en vanidad, y hablan vanidades; conciben maldades, y dan a luz iniquidad.
None calleth for justice, nor {any} pleadeth for truth: they trust in vanity, and speak lies; they conceive mischief, and bring forth iniquity.

他们菢毒蛇蛋，结蜘蛛网；人吃这蛋必死。这蛋被踏，必出蝮蛇。
Incuban huevos de áspides, y tejen telas de arañas; el que comiere de sus huevos, morirá; y si los apretaren, saldrán víboras.
They hatch cockatrice' eggs, and weave the spider's web: he that eateth of their eggs dieth, and that which is crushed breaketh out into a viper. {cockatrice': or, adder's} {crushed...: or, sprinkled is as if there brake out a viper}

所结的网不能成为衣服；所做的也不能遮盖自己。他们的行为都是罪孽；手所做的都是强暴。
Sus telas no servirán para vestir, ni de sus obras serán cubiertos; sus obras son obras de iniquidad, y obra de rapiña está en sus manos.
Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover themselves with their works: their works {are} works of iniquity, and the act of violence {is} in their hands.

他们的脚奔跑行恶；他们急速流无辜人的血；意念都是罪孽，所经过的路都荒凉毁灭。
Sus pies corren al mal, se apresuran para derramar la sangre inocente; sus pensamientos, pensamientos de iniquidad; destrucción y quebrantamiento hay en sus caminos.
Their feet run to evil, and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts {are} thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction {are} in their paths. {destruction: Heb. breaking}

平安的路，他们不知道；所行的事没有公平。他们为自己修弯曲的路；凡行此路的都不知道平安。
No conocieron camino de paz, ni hay justicia en sus caminos; sus veredas son torcidas; cualquiera que por ellas fuere, no conocerá paz.
The way of peace they know not; and {there is} no judgment in their goings: they have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace. {judgment: or, right}

因此，公平离我们远，公义追不上我们。我们指望光亮，却是黑暗，指望光明，却行幽暗。
Por esto se alejó de nosotros la justicia, y no nos alcanzó la rectitud; esperamos luz, y he aquí tinieblas; resplandores, y andamos en oscuridad.
Therefore is judgment far from us, neither doth justice overtake us: we wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, {but} we walk in darkness.

我们摸索墙壁，好像瞎子；我们摸索，如同无目之人。我们晌午绊脚，如在黄昏一样；我们在肥壮人中，像死人一般。
Palpamos la pared como ciegos, y andamos a tientas como sin ojos; tropezamos a mediodía como de noche; estamos en lugares oscuros como muertos.
We grope for the wall like the blind, and we grope as if {we had} no eyes: we stumble at noonday as in the night; {we are} in desolate places as dead {men}.

我们咆哮如熊，哀鸣如鸽；指望公平，却是没有；指望救恩，却远离我们。
Gruñimos como osos todos nosotros, y gemimos lastimeramente como palomas; esperamos justicia, y no la hay; salvación, y se alejó de nosotros.
We roar all like bears, and mourn sore like doves: we look for judgment, but {there is} none; for salvation, {but} it is far off from us.

我们的过犯在你面前增多，罪恶作见证告我们；过犯与我们同在。至于我们的罪孽，我们都知道：
Porque nuestras rebeliones se han multiplicado delante de ti, y nuestros pecados han atestiguado contra nosotros; porque con nosotros están nuestras iniquidades, y conocemos nuestros pecados:
For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions {are} with us; and {as for} our iniquities, we know them;

就是悖逆、不认识耶和华，转去不跟从我们的神，说欺压和叛逆的话，心怀谎言，随即说出。
el prevaricar y mentir contra Jehová, y el apartarse de en pos de nuestro Dios; el hablar calumnia y rebelión, concebir y proferir de corazón palabras de mentira.
In transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood.
14
并且公平转而退后，公义站在远处；诚实在街上仆倒，正直也不得进入。
Y el derecho se retiró, y la justicia se puso lejos; porque la verdad tropezó en la plaza, y la equidad no pudo venir.
And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter.
15
诚实少见；离恶的人反成掠物。那时，耶和华看见没有公平，甚不喜悦。
Y la verdad fue detenida, y el que se apartó del mal fue puesto en prisión; y lo vio Jehová, y desagradó a sus ojos, porque pereció el derecho.
Yea, truth faileth; and he {that} departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw {it}, and it displeased him that {there was} no judgment. {maketh...: or, is accounted mad} {it displeased...: Heb. it was evil in his eyes}
16
他见无人拯救，无人代求，甚为诧异，就用自己的膀臂施行拯救，以公义扶持自己。
Y vio que no había hombre, y se maravilló que no hubiera quien se interpusiese; y lo salvó su brazo, y le afirmó su misma justicia.
And he saw that {there was} no man, and wondered that {there was} no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.
17
他以公义为铠甲（或译：护心镜），以拯救为头盔，以报仇为衣服，以热心为外袍。
Pues de justicia se vistió como de una coraza, con yelmo de salvación en su cabeza; tomó ropas de venganza por vestidura, y se cubrió de celo como de manto,
For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance {for} clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloke.
18
他必按人的行为施报，恼怒他的敌人，报复他的仇敌向众海岛施行报应。
como para vindicación, como para retribuir con ira a sus enemigos, y dar el pago a sus adversarios; el pago dará a los de la costa.
According to {their} deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence. {deeds: Heb. recompences}
19
如此，人从日落之处必敬畏耶和华的名，从日出之地也必敬畏他的荣耀；因为仇敌好像急流的河水冲来，是耶和华之气所驱逐的。
Y temerán desde el occidente el nombre de Jehová, y desde el nacimiento del sol su gloria; porque vendrá el enemigo como río, mas el Espíritu de Jehová levantará bandera contra él.
So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him. {lift...: or, put him to flight}
20
必有一位救赎主来到锡安─雅各族中转离过犯的人那里。这是耶和华说的。
Y vendrá el Redentor a Sion, y a los que se volvieren de la iniquidad en Jacob, dice Jehová.
And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD.
21
耶和华说：至于我与他们所立的约乃是这样：我加给你的灵，传给你的话，必不离你的口，也不离你后裔与你后裔之后裔的口，从今直到永远；这是耶和华说的。
Y éste será mi pacto con ellos, dijo Jehová: El Espíritu mío que está sobre ti, y mis palabras que puse en tu boca, no faltarán de tu boca, ni de la boca de tus hijos, ni de la boca de los hijos de tus hijos, dijo Jehová, desde ahora y para siempre.
As for me, this {is} my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that {is} upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever.
