我是因耶和华忿怒的杖，遭遇困苦的人。
Yo soy el hombre que ha visto aflicción bajo el látigo de su enojo.
I {am} the man {that} hath seen affliction by the rod of his wrath.

他引导我，使我行在黑暗中，不行在光明里。
Me guió y me llevó en tinieblas, y no en luz;
He hath led me, and brought {me into} darkness, but not {into} light.
3
他真是终日再三反手攻击我。
Ciertamente contra mí volvió y revolvió su mano todo el día.
Surely against me is he turned; he turneth his hand {against me} all the day.
4
他使我的皮肉枯干；他折断（或译：压伤）我的骨头。
Hizo envejecer mi carne y mi piel; quebrantó mis huesos;
My flesh and my skin hath he made old; he hath broken my bones.
5
他筑垒攻击我，用苦楚（原文是苦胆）和艰难围困我。
Edificó baluartes contra mí, y me rodeó de amargura y de trabajo.
He hath builded against me, and compassed {me} with gall and travail.
6
他使我住在幽暗之处，像死了许久的人一样。
Me dejó en oscuridad, como los ya muertos de mucho tiempo.
He hath set me in dark places, as {they that be} dead of old.
7
他用篱笆围住我，使我不能出去；他使我的铜炼沉重。
Me cercó por todos lados, y no puedo salir; ha hecho más pesadas mis cadenas;
He hath hedged me about, that I cannot get out: he hath made my chain heavy.
8
我哀号求救；他使我的祷告不得上达。
Aun cuando clamé y di voces, cerró los oídos a mi oración;
Also when I cry and shout, he shutteth out my prayer.
9
他用凿过的石头挡住我的道；他使我的路弯曲。
Cercó mis caminos con piedra labrada, torció mis senderos.
He hath inclosed my ways with hewn stone, he hath made my paths crooked.
10
他向我如熊埋伏，如狮子在隐密处。
Fue para mí como oso que acecha, como león en escondrijos;
He {was} unto me {as} a bear lying in wait, {and as} a lion in secret places.
11
他使我转离正路，将我撕碎，使我凄凉。
Torció mis caminos, y me despedazó; me dejó desolado.
He hath turned aside my ways, and pulled me in pieces: he hath made me desolate.
12
他张弓将我当作箭靶子。
Entesó su arco, y me puso como blanco para la saeta.
He hath bent his bow, and set me as a mark for the arrow.
13
他把箭袋中的箭射入我的肺腑。
Hizo entrar en mis entrañas las saetas de su aljaba.
He hath caused the arrows of his quiver to enter into my reins. {arrows: Heb. sons}
14
我成了众民的笑话；他们终日以我为歌曲。
Fui escarnio a todo mi pueblo, burla de ellos todos los días;
I was a derision to all my people; {and} their song all the day.
15
他用苦楚充满我，使我饱用茵𫈟。
Me llenó de amarguras, me embriagó de ajenjos.
He hath filled me with bitterness, he hath made me drunken with wormwood. {bitterness: Heb. bitternesses}
16
他又用沙石碜断我的牙，用灰尘将我蒙蔽。
Mis dientes quebró con cascajo, me cubrió de ceniza;
He hath also broken my teeth with gravel stones, he hath covered me with ashes. {covered...: or, rolled me in the ashes}
17
你使我远离平安，我忘记好处。
Y mi alma se alejó de la paz, me olvidé del bien,
And thou hast removed my soul far off from peace: I forgat prosperity. {prosperity: Heb. good}
18
我就说：我的力量衰败；我在耶和华那里毫无指望！
Y dije: Perecieron mis fuerzas, y mi esperanza en Jehová.
And I said, My strength and my hope is perished from the LORD:
19
耶和华啊，求你记念我如茵𫈟和苦胆的困苦窘迫。
Acuérdate de mi aflicción y de mi abatimiento, del ajenjo y de la hiel;
Remembering mine affliction and my misery, the wormwood and the gall. {Remembering: or, Remember}
20
我心想念这些，就在里面忧闷。
Lo tendré aún en memoria, porque mi alma está abatida dentro de mí;
My soul hath {them} still in remembrance, and is humbled in me. {humbled: Heb. bowed}
21
我想起这事，心里就有指望。
Esto recapacitaré en mi corazón, por lo tanto esperaré.
This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. {recall...: Heb. make to return to my heart}
22
我们不致消灭，是出于耶和华诸般的慈爱；是因他的怜悯不致断绝。
Por la misericordia de Jehová no hemos sido consumidos, porque nunca decayeron sus misericordias.
{It is of} the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not.
23
每早晨，这都是新的；你的诚实极其广大！
Nuevas son cada mañana; grande es tu fidelidad.
{They are} new every morning: great {is} thy faithfulness.
24
我心里说：耶和华是我的分，因此，我要仰望他。
Mi porción es Jehová, dijo mi alma; por tanto, en él esperaré.
The LORD {is} my portion, saith my soul; therefore will I hope in him.
25
凡等候耶和华，心里寻求他的，耶和华必施恩给他。
Bueno es Jehová a los que en él esperan, al alma que le busca.
The LORD {is} good unto them that wait for him, to the soul {that} seeketh him.
26
人仰望耶和华，静默等候他的救恩，这原是好的。
Bueno es esperar en silencio la salvación de Jehová.
{It is} good that {a man} should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.
27
人在幼年负轭，这原是好的。
Bueno le es al hombre llevar el yugo desde su juventud.
{It is} good for a man that he bear the yoke in his youth.
28
他当独坐无言，因为这是耶和华加在他身上的。
Que se siente solo y calle, porque es Dios quien se lo impuso;
He sitteth alone and keepeth silence, because he hath borne {it} upon him.
29
他当口贴尘埃，或者有指望。
Ponga su boca en el polvo, por si aún hay esperanza;
He putteth his mouth in the dust; if so be there may be hope.
30
他当由人打他的腮颊，要满受凌辱。
Dé la mejilla al que le hiere, y sea colmado de afrentas.
He giveth {his} cheek to him that smiteth him: he is filled full with reproach.
31
因为主必不永远丢弃人。
Porque el Señor no desecha para siempre;
For the Lord will not cast off for ever:
32
主虽使人忧愁，还要照他诸般的慈爱发怜悯。
Antes si aflige, también se compadece según la multitud de sus misericordias;
But though he cause grief, yet will he have compassion according to the multitude of his mercies.
33
因他并不甘心使人受苦，使人忧愁。
Porque no aflige ni entristece voluntariamente a los hijos de los hombres.
For he doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men. {willingly: Heb. from his heart}

人将世上被囚的踹（原文是压）在脚下，
Desmenuzar bajo los pies a todos los encarcelados de la tierra,
To crush under his feet all the prisoners of the earth,
35
或在至高者面前屈枉人，
Torcer el derecho del hombre delante de la presencia del Altísimo,
To turn aside the right of a man before the face of the most High, {the most High: or, a superior}
36
或在人的讼事上颠倒是非，这都是主看不上的。
Trastornar al hombre en su causa, el Señor no lo aprueba.
To subvert a man in his cause, the Lord approveth not. {approveth not: or, seeth not}
37
除非主命定，谁能说成就成呢？
¿Quién será aquel que diga que sucedió algo que el Señor no mandó?
Who {is} he {that} saith, and it cometh to pass, {when} the Lord commandeth {it} not?
38
祸福不都出于至高者的口吗？
¿De la boca del Altísimo no sale lo malo y lo bueno?
Out of the mouth of the most High proceedeth not evil and good?
39
活人因自己的罪受罚，为何发怨言呢？
¿Por qué se lamenta el hombre viviente? Laméntese el hombre en su pecado.
Wherefore doth a living man complain, a man for the punishment of his sins? {complain: or, murmur}
40
我们当深深考察自己的行为，再归向耶和华。
Escudriñemos nuestros caminos, y busquemos, y volvámonos a Jehová;
Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the LORD.
41
我们当诚心向天上的神举手祷告。
Levantemos nuestros corazones y manos a Dios en los cielos;
Let us lift up our heart with {our} hands unto God in the heavens.
42
我们犯罪背逆，你并不赦免。
Nosotros nos hemos rebelado, y fuimos desleales; tú no perdonaste.
We have transgressed and have rebelled: thou hast not pardoned.
43
你自被怒气遮蔽，追赶我们；你施行杀戮，并不顾惜。
Desplegaste la ira y nos perseguiste; mataste, y no perdonaste;
Thou hast covered with anger, and persecuted us: thou hast slain, thou hast not pitied.
44
你以黑云遮蔽自己，以致祷告不得透入。
Te cubriste de nube para que no pasase la oración nuestra;
Thou hast covered thyself with a cloud, that {our} prayer should not pass through.
45
你使我们在万民中成为污秽和渣滓。
Nos volviste en oprobio y abominación en medio de los pueblos.
Thou hast made us {as} the offscouring and refuse in the midst of the people.
46
我们的仇敌都向我们大大张口。
Todos nuestros enemigos abrieron contra nosotros su boca;
All our enemies have opened their mouths against us.
47
恐惧和陷坑，残害和毁灭，都临近我们。
Temor y lazo fueron para nosotros, asolamiento y quebranto;
Fear and a snare is come upon us, desolation and destruction.
48
因我众民遭的毁灭，我就眼泪下流如河。
Ríos de aguas echan mis ojos por el quebrantamiento de la hija de mi pueblo.
Mine eye runneth down with rivers of water for the destruction of the daughter of my people.
49
我的眼多多流泪，总不止息，
Mis ojos destilan y no cesan, porque no hay alivio
Mine eye trickleth down, and ceaseth not, without any intermission,
50
直等耶和华垂顾，从天观看。
Hasta que Jehová mire y vea desde los cielos;
Till the LORD look down, and behold from heaven.
51
因我本城的众民，我的眼，使我的心伤痛。
Mis ojos contristaron mi alma por todas las hijas de mi ciudad.
Mine eye affecteth mine heart because of all the daughters of my city. {mine heart: Heb. my soul} {because...: or, more than all}
52
无故与我为仇的追逼我，像追雀鸟一样。
Mis enemigos me dieron caza como a ave, sin haber por qué;
Mine enemies chased me sore, like a bird, without cause.
53
他们使我的命在牢狱中断绝，并将一块石头抛在我身上。
Ataron mi vida en cisterna, pusieron piedra sobre mí;
They have cut off my life in the dungeon, and cast a stone upon me.
54
众水流过我头，我说：我命断绝了！
Aguas cubrieron mi cabeza; yo dije: Muerto soy.
Waters flowed over mine head; {then} I said, I am cut off.
55
耶和华啊，我从深牢中求告你的名。
Invoqué tu nombre, oh Jehová, desde la cárcel profunda;
I called upon thy name, O LORD, out of the low dungeon.
56
你曾听见我的声音；我求你解救，你不要掩耳不听。
Oíste mi voz; no escondas tu oído al clamor de mis suspiros.
Thou hast heard my voice: hide not thine ear at my breathing, at my cry.
57
我求告你的日子，你临近我，说：不要惧怕！
Te acercaste el día que te invoqué; dijiste: No temas.
Thou drewest near in the day {that} I called upon thee: thou saidst, Fear not.
58
主啊，你伸明了我的冤；你救赎了我的命。
Abogaste, Señor, la causa de mi alma; redimiste mi vida.
O Lord, thou hast pleaded the causes of my soul; thou hast redeemed my life.
59
耶和华啊，你见了我受的委屈；求你为我伸冤。
Tú has visto, oh Jehová, mi agravio; defiende mi causa.
O LORD, thou hast seen my wrong: judge thou my cause.
60
他们仇恨我，谋害我，你都看见了。
Has visto toda su venganza, todos sus pensamientos contra mí.
Thou hast seen all their vengeance {and} all their imaginations against me.
61
耶和华啊，你听见他们辱骂我的话，知道他们向我所设的计，
Has oído el oprobio de ellos, oh Jehová, todas sus maquinaciones contra mí;
Thou hast heard their reproach, O LORD, {and} all their imaginations against me;
62
并那些起来攻击我的人口中所说的话，以及终日向我所设的计谋。
Los dichos de los que contra mí se levantaron, y su designio contra mí todo el día.
The lips of those that rose up against me, and their device against me all the day.
63
求你观看，他们坐下，起来，都以我为歌曲。
Su sentarse y su levantarse mira; yo soy su canción.
Behold their sitting down, and their rising up; I {am} their musick.
64
耶和华啊，你要按著他们手所做的向他们施行报应。
Dales el pago, oh Jehová, según la obra de sus manos.
Render unto them a recompence, O LORD, according to the work of their hands.
65
你要使他们心里刚硬，使你的咒诅临到他们。
Entrégalos al endurecimiento de corazón; tu maldición caiga sobre ellos.
Give them sorrow of heart, thy curse unto them. {sorrow...: or, obstinacy of heart}
66
你要发怒追赶他们，从耶和华的天下除灭他们。
Persíguelos en tu furor, y quebrántalos de debajo de los cielos, oh Jehová.
Persecute and destroy them in anger from under the heavens of the LORD.
