王的心在耶和华手中，好像陇沟的水随意流转。
Como los repartimientos de las aguas,Así está el corazón del rey en la mano de Jehová;A todo lo que quiere lo inclina.
The king's heart {is} in the hand of the LORD, {as} the rivers of water: he turneth it whithersoever he will.

人所行的，在自己眼中都看为正；惟有耶和华衡量人心。
Todo camino del hombre es recto en su propia opinión;Pero Jehová pesa los corazones.
Every way of a man {is} right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts.

行仁义公平比献祭更蒙耶和华悦纳。
Hacer justicia y juicio es a JehováMás agradable que sacrificio.
To do justice and judgment {is} more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice.

恶人发达（发达：原文是灯），眼高心傲，这乃是罪。
Altivez de ojos, y orgullo de corazón,Y pensamiento de impíos, son pecado.
An high look, and a proud heart, {and} the plowing of the wicked, {is} sin. {An...: Heb. Haughtiness of eyes} {the plowing: or, the light}

殷勤筹划的，足致丰裕；行事急躁的，都必缺乏。
Los pensamientos del diligente ciertamente tienden a la abundancia;Mas todo el que se apresura alocadamente, de cierto va a la pobreza.
The thoughts of the diligent {tend} only to plenteousness; but of every one {that is} hasty only to want.

用诡诈之舌求财的，就是自己取死；所得之财乃是吹来吹去的浮云。
Amontonar tesoros con lengua mentirosaEs aliento fugaz de aquellos que buscan la muerte.
The getting of treasures by a lying tongue {is} a vanity tossed to and fro of them that seek death.

恶人的强暴必将自己扫除，因他们不肯按公平行事。
La rapiña de los impíos los destruirá,Por cuanto no quisieron hacer juicio.
The robbery of the wicked shall destroy them; because they refuse to do judgment. {destroy...: Heb. saw them, or, dwell with them}

负罪之人的路甚是弯曲；至于清洁的人，他所行的乃是正直。
El camino del hombre perverso es torcido y extraño;Mas los hechos del limpio son rectos.
The way of man {is} froward and strange: but {as for} the pure, his work {is} right.

宁可住在房顶的角上，不在宽阔的房屋与争吵的妇人同住。
Mejor es vivir en un rincón del terradoQue con mujer rencillosa en casa espaciosa.
{It is} better to dwell in a corner of the housetop, than with a brawling woman in a wide house. {a brawling...: Heb. a woman of contentions} {a wide...: Heb. an house of society}

恶人的心乐人受祸；他眼并不怜恤邻舍。
El alma del impío desea el mal;Su prójimo no halla favor en sus ojos.
The soul of the wicked desireth evil: his neighbour findeth no favour in his eyes. {findeth...: Heb. is not favoured}

亵慢的人受刑罚，愚蒙的人就得智慧；智慧人受训诲，便得知识。
Cuando el escarnecedor es castigado, el simple se hace sabio;Y cuando se le amonesta al sabio, aprende ciencia.
When the scorner is punished, the simple is made wise: and when the wise is instructed, he receiveth knowledge.

义人思想恶人的家，知道恶人倾倒，必致灭亡。
Considera el justo la casa del impío,Cómo los impíos son trastornados por el mal.
The righteous {man} wisely considereth the house of the wicked: {but God} overthroweth the wicked for {their} wickedness.

塞耳不听穷人哀求的，他将来呼吁也不蒙应允。
El que cierra su oído al clamor del pobre,También él clamará, y no será oído.
Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard.

暗中送的礼物挽回怒气；怀中搋的贿赂止息暴怒。
La dádiva en secreto calma el furor,Y el don en el seno, la fuerte ira.
A gift in secret pacifieth anger: and a reward in the bosom strong wrath.
15
秉公行义使义人喜乐，使作孽的人败坏。
Alegría es para el justo el hacer juicio;Mas destrucción a los que hacen iniquidad.
{It is} joy to the just to do judgment: but destruction {shall be} to the workers of iniquity.

迷离通达道路的，必住在阴魂的会中。
El hombre que se aparta del camino de la sabiduríaVendrá a parar en la compañía de los muertos.
The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead.

爱宴乐的，必致穷乏；好酒，爱膏油的，必不富足。
Hombre necesitado será el que ama el deleite,Y el que ama el vino y los ungüentos no se enriquecerá.
He that loveth pleasure {shall be} a poor man: he that loveth wine and oil shall not be rich. {pleasure: or, sport}

恶人作了义人的赎价；奸诈人代替正直人。
Rescate del justo es el impío,Y por los rectos, el prevaricador.
The wicked {shall be} a ransom for the righteous, and the transgressor for the upright.

宁可住在旷野，不与争吵使气的妇人同住。
Mejor es morar en tierra desiertaQue con la mujer rencillosa e iracunda.
{It is} better to dwell in the wilderness, than with a contentious and an angry woman. {in...: Heb. in the land of the desert}

智慧人家中积蓄宝物膏油；愚昧人随得来随吞下。
Tesoro precioso y aceite hay en la casa del sabio;Mas el hombre insensato todo lo disipa.
{There is} treasure to be desired and oil in the dwelling of the wise; but a foolish man spendeth it up.

追求公义仁慈的，就寻得生命、公义，和尊荣。
El que sigue la justicia y la misericordiaHallará la vida, la justicia y la honra.
He that followeth after righteousness and mercy findeth life, righteousness, and honour.

智慧人爬上勇士的城墙，倾覆他所倚靠的坚垒。
Tomó el sabio la ciudad de los fuertes,Y derribó la fuerza en que ella confiaba.
A wise {man} scaleth the city of the mighty, and casteth down the strength of the confidence thereof.

谨守口与舌的，就保守自己免受灾难。
El que guarda su boca y su lengua,Su alma guarda de angustias.
Whoso keepeth his mouth and his tongue keepeth his soul from troubles.
24
心骄气傲的人名叫亵慢；他行事狂妄，都出于骄傲。
Escarnecedor es el nombre del soberbio y presuntuosoQue obra en la insolencia de su presunción.
Proud {and} haughty scorner {is} his name, who dealeth in proud wrath. {in proud...: Heb. in the wrath of pride}

懒惰人的心愿将他杀害，因为他手不肯做工。
El deseo del perezoso le mata,Porque sus manos no quieren trabajar.
The desire of the slothful killeth him; for his hands refuse to labour.

有终日贪得无餍的；义人施舍而不吝惜。
Hay quien todo el día codicia;Pero el justo da, y no detiene su mano.
He coveteth greedily all the day long: but the righteous giveth and spareth not.

恶人的祭物是可憎的；何况他存恶意来献呢？
El sacrificio de los impíos es abominación;¡Cuánto más ofreciéndolo con maldad!
The sacrifice of the wicked {is} abomination: how much more, {when} he bringeth it with a wicked mind? {with...: Heb. in wickedness?}

作假见证的必灭亡；惟有听真情而言的，其言长存。
El testigo mentiroso perecerá;Mas el hombre que oye, permanecerá en su dicho.

恶人脸无羞耻；正直人行事坚定。
El hombre impío endurece su rostro;Mas el recto ordena sus caminos.
A wicked man hardeneth his face: but {as for} the upright, he directeth his way. {directeth: or, considereth}

没有人能以智慧、聪明、谋略敌挡耶和华。
No hay sabiduría, ni inteligencia,Ni consejo, contra Jehová.
{There is} no wisdom nor understanding nor counsel against the LORD.

马是为打仗之日预备的；得胜乃在乎耶和华。
El caballo se alista para el día de la batalla;Mas Jehová es el que da la victoria.
The horse {is} prepared against the day of battle: but safety {is} of the LORD. {safety: or, victory}
