我儿，要留心我智慧的话语，侧耳听我聪明的言词，
Hijo mío, está atento a mi sabiduría,Y a mi inteligencia inclina tu oído,
My son, attend unto my wisdom, {and} bow thine ear to my understanding:

为要使你谨守谋略，嘴唇保存知识。
Para que guardes consejo,Y tus labios conserven la ciencia.
That thou mayest regard discretion, and {that} thy lips may keep knowledge.

因为淫妇的嘴滴下蜂蜜；他的口比油更滑，
Porque los labios de la mujer extraña destilan miel,Y su paladar es más blando que el aceite;
For the lips of a strange woman drop {as} an honeycomb, and her mouth {is} smoother than oil: {mouth: Heb. palate}

至终却苦似茵𫈟，快如两刃的刀。
Mas su fin es amargo como el ajenjo,Agudo como espada de dos filos.
But her end is bitter as wormwood, sharp as a twoedged sword.

他的脚下入死地；他脚步踏住阴间，
Sus pies descienden a la muerte;Sus pasos conducen al Seol.
Her feet go down to death; her steps take hold on hell.
6
以致他找不著生命平坦的道。他的路变迁不定，自己还不知道。
Sus caminos son inestables; no los conocerás,Si no considerares el camino de vida.
Lest thou shouldest ponder the path of life, her ways are moveable, {that} thou canst not know {them}.

众子啊，现在要听从我；不可离弃我口中的话。
Ahora pues, hijos, oídme,Y no os apartéis de las razones de mi boca.
Hear me now therefore, O ye children, and depart not from the words of my mouth.

你所行的道要离他远，不可就近他的房门，
Aleja de ella tu camino,Y no te acerques a la puerta de su casa;
Remove thy way far from her, and come not nigh the door of her house:
9
恐怕将你的尊荣给别人，将你的岁月给残忍的人；
Para que no des a los extraños tu honor,Y tus años al cruel;
Lest thou give thine honour unto others, and thy years unto the cruel:
10
恐怕外人满得你的力量，你劳碌得来的，归入外人的家；
No sea que extraños se sacien de tu fuerza,Y tus trabajos estén en casa del extraño;
Lest strangers be filled with thy wealth; and thy labours {be} in the house of a stranger; {thy wealth: Heb. thy strength}

终久，你皮肉和身体消毁，你就悲叹，
Y gimas al final,Cuando se consuma tu carne y tu cuerpo,
And thou mourn at the last, when thy flesh and thy body are consumed,

说：我怎么恨恶训诲，心中藐视责备，
Y digas: ¡Cómo aborrecí el consejo,Y mi corazón menospreció la reprensión;
And say, How have I hated instruction, and my heart despised reproof;
13
也不听从我师傅的话，又不侧耳听那教训我的人？
No oí la voz de los que me instruían,Y a los que me enseñaban no incliné mi oído!
And have not obeyed the voice of my teachers, nor inclined mine ear to them that instructed me!

我在圣会里，几乎落在诸般恶中。
Casi en todo mal he estado,En medio de la sociedad y de la congregación.
I was almost in all evil in the midst of the congregation and assembly.
15
你要喝自己池中的水，饮自己井里的活水。
Bebe el agua de tu misma cisterna,Y los raudales de tu propio pozo.
Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well.
16
你的泉源岂可涨溢在外？你的河水岂可流在街上？
¿Se derramarán tus fuentes por las calles,Y tus corrientes de aguas por las plazas?
Let thy fountains be dispersed abroad, {and} rivers of waters in the streets.
17
惟独归你一人，不可与外人同用。
Sean para ti solo,Y no para los extraños contigo.
Let them be only thine own, and not strangers' with thee.
18
要使你的泉源蒙福；要喜悦你幼年所娶的妻。
Sea bendito tu manantial,Y alégrate con la mujer de tu juventud,
Let thy fountain be blessed: and rejoice with the wife of thy youth.
19
他如可爱的麀鹿，可喜的母鹿；愿他的胸怀使你时时知足，他的爱情使你常常恋慕。
Como cierva amada y graciosa gacela.Sus caricias te satisfagan en todo tiempo,Y en su amor recréate siempre.
{Let her be as} the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love. {satisfy...: Heb. water thee} {be thou...: Heb. err thou always in her love}

我儿，你为何恋慕淫妇？为何抱外女的胸怀？
¿Y por qué, hijo mío, andarás ciego con la mujer ajena,Y abrazarás el seno de la extraña?
And why wilt thou, my son, be ravished with a strange woman, and embrace the bosom of a stranger?
21
因为，人所行的道都在耶和华眼前；他也修平人一切的路。
Porque los caminos del hombre están ante los ojos de Jehová,Y él considera todas sus veredas.
For the ways of man {are} before the eyes of the LORD, and he pondereth all his goings.
22
恶人必被自己的罪孽捉住；他必被自己的罪恶如绳索缠绕。
Prenderán al impío sus propias iniquidades,Y retenido será con las cuerdas de su pecado.
His own iniquities shall take the wicked himself, and he shall be holden with the cords of his sins. {sins: Heb. sin}
23
他因不受训诲就必死亡；又因愚昧过甚，必走差了路。
Él morirá por falta de corrección,Y errará por lo inmenso de su locura.
He shall die without instruction; and in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray.
