耶和华啊，你为甚么站在远处？在患难的时候为甚么隐藏？
¿Por qué estás lejos, oh Jehová,Y te escondes en el tiempo de la tribulación?
Why standest thou afar off, O LORD? {why} hidest thou {thyself} in times of trouble?

恶人在骄横中把困苦人追得火急；愿他们陷在自己所设的计谋里。
Con arrogancia el malo persigue al pobre;Será atrapado en los artificios que ha ideado.
The wicked in {his} pride doth persecute the poor: let them be taken in the devices that they have imagined. {The wicked...: Heb. In the pride of the wicked he doth persecute}

因为恶人以心愿自夸；贪财的背弃耶和华，并且轻慢他（或译：他祝福贪财的，却轻慢耶和华）。
Porque el malo se jacta del deseo de su alma,Bendice al codicioso, y desprecia a Jehová.
For the wicked boasteth of his heart's desire, and blesseth the covetous, {whom} the LORD abhorreth. {heart's: Heb. soul's} {blesseth...: or, the covetous blesseth himself, he abhorreth the LORD}

恶人面带骄傲，说：耶和华必不追究；他一切所想的都以为没有神。
El malo, por la altivez de su rostro, no busca a Dios;No hay Dios en ninguno de sus pensamientos.
The wicked, through the pride of his countenance, will not seek {after God}: God {is} not in all his thoughts. {God is...: or, all his thoughts are, There is no God}

凡他所做的，时常稳固；你的审判超过他的眼界。至于他一切的敌人，他都向他们喷气。
Sus caminos son torcidos en todo tiempo;Tus juicios los tiene muy lejos de su vista;A todos sus adversarios desprecia.
His ways are always grievous; thy judgments {are} far above out of his sight: {as for} all his enemies, he puffeth at them.

他心里说：我必不动摇，世世代代不遭灾难。
Dice en su corazón: No seré movido jamás;Nunca me alcanzará el infortunio.
He hath said in his heart, I shall not be moved: for {I shall} never {be} in adversity. {never: Heb. unto generation and generation}

他满口是咒骂、诡诈、欺压，舌底是毒害、奸恶。
Llena está su boca de maldición, y de engaños y fraude;Debajo de su lengua hay vejación y maldad.
His mouth is full of cursing and deceit and fraud: under his tongue {is} mischief and vanity. {deceit: Heb. deceits} {vanity: or, iniquity}

他在村庄埋伏等候；他在隐密处杀害无辜的人。他的眼睛窥探无倚无靠的人；
Se sienta en acecho cerca de las aldeas;En escondrijos mata al inocente.Sus ojos están acechando al desvalido;
He sitteth in the lurking places of the villages: in the secret places doth he murder the innocent: his eyes are privily set against the poor. {are...: Heb. hide themselves}

他埋伏在暗地，如狮子蹲在洞中。他埋伏，要掳去困苦人；他拉网，就把困苦人掳去。
Acecha en oculto, como el león desde su cueva;Acecha para arrebatar al pobre;Arrebata al pobre trayéndolo a su red.
He lieth in wait secretly as a lion in his den: he lieth in wait to catch the poor: he doth catch the poor, when he draweth him into his net. {secretly: Heb. in the secret places}

他屈身蹲伏，无倚无靠的人就倒在他爪牙（爪牙：或译强暴人）之下。
Se encoge, se agacha,Y caen en sus fuertes garras muchos desdichados.
He croucheth, {and} humbleth himself, that the poor may fall by his strong ones. {He...: Heb. He breaketh himself} {by...: or, into his strong parts}

他心里说：神竟忘记了；他掩面永不观看。
Dice en su corazón: Dios ha olvidado;Ha encubierto su rostro; nunca lo verá.
He hath said in his heart, God hath forgotten: he hideth his face; he will never see {it}.

耶和华啊，求你起来！神啊，求你举手，不要忘记困苦人！
Levántate, oh Jehová Dios, alza tu mano;No te olvides de los pobres.
Arise, O LORD; O God, lift up thine hand: forget not the humble. {humble: or, afflicted}

恶人为何轻慢神，心里说：你必不追究？
¿Por qué desprecia el malo a Dios?En su corazón ha dicho: Tú no lo inquirirás.
Wherefore doth the wicked contemn God? he hath said in his heart, Thou wilt not require {it}.
14
其实你已经观看；因为奸恶毒害，你都看见了，为要以手施行报应。无倚无靠的人把自己交托你；你向来是帮助孤儿的。
Tú lo has visto; porque miras el trabajo y la vejación, para dar la recompensa con tu mano;A ti se acoge el desvalido;Tú eres el amparo del huérfano.
Thou hast seen {it}; for thou beholdest mischief and spite, to requite {it} with thy hand: the poor committeth himself unto thee; thou art the helper of the fatherless. {committeth: Heb. leaveth}

愿你打断恶人的膀臂；至于坏人，愿你追究他的恶，直到净尽。
Quebranta tú el brazo del inicuo,Y persigue la maldad del malo hasta que no halles ninguna.
Break thou the arm of the wicked and the evil {man}: seek out his wickedness {till} thou find none.
16
耶和华永永远远为王；外邦人从他的地已经灭绝了。
Jehová es Rey eternamente y para siempre;De su tierra han perecido las naciones.
The LORD {is} King for ever and ever: the heathen are perished out of his land.
17
耶和华啊，谦卑人的心愿，你早已知道（原文是听见）。你必预备他们的心，也必侧耳听他们的祈求，
El deseo de los humildes oíste, oh Jehová;Tú dispones su corazón, y haces atento tu oído,
LORD, thou hast heard the desire of the humble: thou wilt prepare their heart, thou wilt cause thine ear to hear: {prepare: or, establish}

为要给孤儿和受欺压的人伸冤，使强横的人不再威吓他们。
Para juzgar al huérfano y al oprimido,A fin de que no vuelva más a hacer violencia el hombre de la tierra.
To judge the fatherless and the oppressed, that the man of the earth may no more oppress. {oppress: or, terrify}
