（上行（或作登阶，下同）之诗。）我在急难中求告耶和华，他就应允我。
A Jehová clamé estando en angustia,Y él me respondió.
[A Song of degrees.] In my distress I cried unto the LORD, and he heard me.

耶和华啊，求你救我脱离说谎的嘴唇和诡诈的舌头！
Libra mi alma, oh Jehová, del labio mentiroso,Y de la lengua fraudulenta.
Deliver my soul, O LORD, from lying lips, {and} from a deceitful tongue.

诡诈的舌头啊，要给你甚么呢？要拿甚么加给你呢？
¿Qué te dará, o qué te aprovechará,Oh lengua engañosa?
What shall be given unto thee? or what shall be done unto thee, thou false tongue? {What shall be given...: or, What shall the deceitful tongue give unto thee? or, what shall it profit thee?} {done: Heb. added}

就是勇士的利箭和罗腾木（小树名，松类）的炭火。
Agudas saetas de valiente,Con brasas de enebro.

我寄居在米设，住在基达帐棚之中，有祸了！
¡Ay de mí, que moro en Mesec,Y habito entre las tiendas de Cedar!
Woe is me, that I sojourn in Mesech, {that} I dwell in the tents of Kedar!

我与那恨恶和睦的人许久同住。
Mucho tiempo ha morado mi almaCon los que aborrecen la paz.
My soul hath long dwelt with him that hateth peace.

我愿和睦，但我发言，他们就要争战。
Yo soy pacífico;Mas ellos, así que hablo, me hacen guerra.
