我心里筹算，终日愁苦，要到几时呢？我的仇敌升高压制我，要到几时呢？
¿Hasta cuándo pondré consejos en mi alma,Con tristezas en mi corazón cada día?¿Hasta cuándo será enaltecido mi enemigo sobre mí?
How long shall I take counsel in my soul, {having} sorrow in my heart daily? how long shall mine enemy be exalted over me?

耶和华─我的神啊，求你看顾我，应允我！使我眼目光明，免得我沉睡至死；
Mira, respóndeme, oh Jehová Dios mío;Alumbra mis ojos, para que no duerma de muerte;
Consider {and} hear me, O LORD my God: lighten mine eyes, lest I sleep the {sleep of} death;

免得我的仇敌说：我胜了他；免得我的敌人在我摇动的时候喜乐。
Para que no diga mi enemigo: Lo vencí.Mis enemigos se alegrarían, si yo resbalara.
Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him; {and} those that trouble me rejoice when I am moved.

但我倚靠你的慈爱；我的心因你的救恩快乐。
Mas yo en tu misericordia he confiado;Mi corazón se alegrará en tu salvación.
But I have trusted in thy mercy; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation.

我要向耶和华歌唱，因他用厚恩待我。
Cantaré a Jehová,Porque me ha hecho bien.
I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.
