Como el ciervo brama por las corrientes de las aguas,Así clama por ti, oh Dios, el alma mía.

我的心渴想神，就是永生神；我几时得朝见 神呢？
Mi alma tiene sed de Dios, del Dios vivo;¿Cuándo vendré, y me presentaré delante de Dios?
My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?

我昼夜以眼泪当饮食；人不住地对我说：你的神在哪里呢？
Fueron mis lágrimas mi pan de día y de noche,Mientras me dicen todos los días: ¿Dónde está tu Dios?
My tears have been my meat day and night, while they continually say unto me, Where {is} thy God?

我从前与众人同往，用欢呼称赞的声音领他们到神的殿里，大家守节。我追想这些事，我的心极其悲伤。
Me acuerdo de estas cosas, y derramo mi alma dentro de mí;De cómo yo fui con la multitud, y la conduje hasta la casa de Dios,Entre voces de alegría y de alabanza del pueblo en fiesta.
When I remember these {things}, I pour out my soul in me: for I had gone with the multitude, I went with them to the house of God, with the voice of joy and praise, with a multitude that kept holyday.

我的心哪，你为何忧闷？为何在我里面烦躁？应当仰望神，因他笑脸帮助我；我还要称赞他。
¿Por qué te abates, oh alma mía,Y te turbas dentro de mí?Espera en Dios; porque aún he de alabarle,Salvación mía y Dios mío.
Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and {why} art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him {for} the help of his countenance. {cast: Heb. bowed} {praise: or, give thanks} {for the...: or, his presence is salvation}

我的神啊，我的心在我里面忧闷，所以我从约但地，从黑门岭，从米萨山记念你。
Dios mío, mi alma está abatida en mí;Me acordaré, por tanto, de ti desde la tierra del Jordán,Y de los hermonitas, desde el monte de Mizar.
O my God, my soul is cast down within me: therefore will I remember thee from the land of Jordan, and of the Hermonites, from the hill Mizar. {the hill...: or, the little hill}

你的瀑布发声，深渊就与深渊响应；你的波浪洪涛漫过我身。
Un abismo llama a otro a la voz de tus cascadas;Todas tus ondas y tus olas han pasado sobre mí.
Deep calleth unto deep at the noise of thy waterspouts: all thy waves and thy billows are gone over me.

白昼，耶和华必向我施慈爱；黑夜，我要歌颂祷告赐我生命的神。
Pero de día mandará Jehová su misericordia,Y de noche su cántico estará conmigo,Y mi oración al Dios de mi vida.
{Yet} the LORD will command his lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night his song {shall be} with me, {and} my prayer unto the God of my life.

我要对神─我的磐石说：你为何忘记我呢？我为何因仇敌的欺压时常哀痛呢？
Diré a Dios: Roca mía, ¿por qué te has olvidado de mí?¿Por qué andaré yo enlutado por la opresión del enemigo?
I will say unto God my rock, Why hast thou forgotten me? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

我的敌人辱骂我，好像打碎我的骨头，不住地对我说：你的神在哪里呢？
Como quien hiere mis huesos, mis enemigos me afrentan,Diciéndome cada día: ¿Dónde está tu Dios?
{As} with a sword in my bones, mine enemies reproach me; while they say daily unto me, Where {is} thy God? {sword: or, killing}

我的心哪，你为何忧闷？为何在我里面烦躁？应当仰望神，因我还要称赞他。他是我脸上的光荣（原文是帮助），是我的 神。
¿Por qué te abates, oh alma mía,Y por qué te turbas dentro de mí?Espera en Dios; porque aún he de alabarle,Salvación mía y Dios mío.
Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him, {who is} the health of my countenance, and my God.
