愿我的祷告达到你面前；求你侧耳听我的呼求！
Llegue mi oración a tu presencia;Inclina tu oído a mi clamor.
Let my prayer come before thee: incline thine ear unto my cry;

因为我心里满了患难；我的性命临近阴间。
Porque mi alma está hastiada de males,Y mi vida cercana al Seol.
For my soul is full of troubles: and my life draweth nigh unto the grave.

我算和下坑的人同列，如同无力（或译：没有帮助）的人一样。
Soy contado entre los que descienden al sepulcro;Soy como hombre sin fuerza,
I am counted with them that go down into the pit: I am as a man {that hath} no strength:

我被丢在死人中，好像被杀的人躺在坟墓里。他们是你不再记念的，与你隔绝了。
Abandonado entre los muertos,Como los pasados a espada que yacen en el sepulcro,De quienes no te acuerdas ya,Y que fueron arrebatados de tu mano.
Free among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom thou rememberest no more: and they are cut off from thy hand. {from: or, by}

你把我放在极深的坑里，在黑暗地方，在深处。
Me has puesto en el hoyo profundo,En tinieblas, en lugares profundos.
Thou hast laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the deeps.

你的忿怒重压我身；你用一切的波浪困住我。（细拉）
Sobre mí reposa tu ira,Y me has afligido con todas tus ondas.
Thy wrath lieth hard upon me, and thou hast afflicted {me} with all thy waves. Selah.

你把我所认识的隔在远处，使我为他们所憎恶；我被拘困，不得出来。
Has alejado de mí mis conocidos;Me has puesto por abominación a ellos;Encerrado estoy, y no puedo salir.
Thou hast put away mine acquaintance far from me; thou hast made me an abomination unto them: {I am} shut up, and I cannot come forth.

我的眼睛因困苦而干瘪。耶和华啊，我天天求告你，向你举手。
Mis ojos enfermaron a causa de mi aflicción;Te he llamado, oh Jehová, cada día;He extendido a ti mis manos.
Mine eye mourneth by reason of affliction: LORD, I have called daily upon thee, I have stretched out my hands unto thee.

你岂要行奇事给死人看么？难道阴魂还能起来称赞你么？（细拉）
¿Manifestarás tus maravillas a los muertos?¿Se levantarán los muertos para alabarte?
Wilt thou shew wonders to the dead? shall the dead arise {and} praise thee? Selah.

岂能在坟墓里述说你的慈爱么？岂能在灭亡中述说你的信实么？
¿Será contada en el sepulcro tu misericordia,O tu verdad en el Abadón?
Shall thy lovingkindness be declared in the grave? {or} thy faithfulness in destruction?

你的奇事岂能在幽暗里被知道么？你的公义岂能在忘记之地被知道么？
¿Serán reconocidas en las tinieblas tus maravillas,Y tu justicia en la tierra del olvido?
Shall thy wonders be known in the dark? and thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?

耶和华啊，我呼求你；我早晨的祷告要达到你面前。
Mas yo a ti he clamado, oh Jehová,Y de mañana mi oración se presentará delante de ti.
But unto thee have I cried, O LORD; and in the morning shall my prayer prevent thee.

耶和华啊，你为何丢弃我？为何掩面不顾我？
¿Por qué, oh Jehová, desechas mi alma?¿Por qué escondes de mí tu rostro?
LORD, why castest thou off my soul? {why} hidest thou thy face from me?

我自幼受苦，几乎死亡；我受你的惊恐，甚至慌张。
Yo estoy afligido y menesteroso;Desde la juventud he llevado tus terrores, he estado medroso.
I {am} afflicted and ready to die from {my} youth up: {while} I suffer thy terrors I am distracted.

你的烈怒漫过我身；你的惊吓把我剪除。
Sobre mí han pasado tus iras,Y me oprimen tus terrores.
Thy fierce wrath goeth over me; thy terrors have cut me off.

这些终日如水环绕我，一齐都来围困我。
Me han rodeado como aguas continuamente;A una me han cercado.
They came round about me daily like water; they compassed me about together. {daily: or, all the day}

你把我的良朋密友隔在远处，使我所认识的人进入黑暗里。
Has alejado de mí al amigo y al compañero,Y a mis conocidos has puesto en tinieblas.
Lover and friend hast thou put far from me, {and} mine acquaintance into darkness.
